Data Systems wins praise on Symon ACD stats and delivered
content for West Salem Sprint Call Center. per Kevin Geode "Just
wanted to send a note about the great work that NCS Data Systems
and the three techs that worked in West Salem. They had a few
good ideas they suggested that we implemented. All of the TV's
look great and you can tell they are professionally done. Their
technical expertise was a plus, and they thoroughly explained
how everything connected and worked, and followed it up with a
Visio diagram.

Data Systems- The process of ensuring that each and every tech
we have on staff and contract to on a regular basis is at a minimum
certified A+ Hardware and A+ O/S. Alternatively we are setting
standards to be able to offer better compensation to our techs and
vendors as well as better service level agreements to our clients
we are making available training and testing for our employees and
associates. |
